Whenever you feel overwhelmed, remember people who can’t hear, people who can’t see, and people who can’t speak at all, as well as those suffering from even more difficult illnesses. So at least, thank God you are in good health; you can see, hear, and speak, and you’re able to express even a single word. And always remember, this isn’t something we chose, it’s written for us, and no one in this world is complete or perfect. And here’s some advice: try to be sociable, even if you stutter. It’s completely normal. In fact, it can help you a lot so you don’t stay afraid of people. I remember a girl who studied with me who had a strong stutter, yet she always chose to give presentations. Yes, she would stutter a lot while speaking, but she didn’t care about what others thought. On the contrary, people supported her and applauded her. She even participated in events, which helped her build confidence and not let this issue hold her back in life. So the key is just live your life and don’t let this affect your happiness or your health.
