Metronome and stuttering - has anyone tried listening to a metronome while speaking to improve fluency? Just wondering if anyone has attempted speaking while listening to a metronome. I downloaded a metronome app and was playing around with it at 100 beats/min. Wondering if anyone has tried it long term and if it's worked for them? I got the idea from reading up on a neuroimaging study done over 8 weeks. It's not a landmark, conclusive study by any means but I think it might warrant further investigation.
