I think it depends on my current phase, but I was thinking that I would stutter less in English (second) than in French (first). Currently, I noticed than in my third one, Chinese Mandarin, talking to people I don't know is quite difficult; probably because I am not sure how to say stuff and am quite monotone so I am scared of messing up all the tones.
