Will people be discussing tangible exercises/habits that are actually accessible to those with significant anxiety/fear? Being told to “just not care or think positive” is not helpful to many here. I’m not asking bc I’m looking for the ideas - in fact, I’ve written a post here with many ideas already. Hopefully the event will include some helpful ideas!
