treat them like 2 separate things. First do everything in your power to manage your social anxiety. I think most pws fall into this category where social anxiety basically cripples our ability to speak. Also THIS is the reason why speaking tricks and techniques do not seem to help most pws long-term - because they never treated their underlying social anxiety. My strongest recommendation is try and find a therapist that deals with social anxiety and has some exposure to speech issues. But if you don't have access to that, you can I can wtry to follow my recommendation. I can basically write a book about this topic, but most of my comments in Reddit seem to go unnoticed. Perhaps because they sound so daunting. So if you're curious, just look at my previous posts about similar topic. If you want me to explain my method, I'd then be happy to do so. Btw, I lived my entire life with similar situations as yours. I missed many life opportunities, sabotaged my own promotion because it required speaking more, lol. Now I've no issues with social anxiety in most situaltions. I give presentations at work and lead meetings, socialize with people without second thought, which I never dreamt I could do in the past.
