You should absolutely go to the doctor to make sure there was no neurological event involved. Slurring speech is a sign of a stroke and nonsensical speech is associated with a subtype of aphasia. If they say everything is good, I’d go to an SLP that works with cluttering bc what you’re describing sounds closer to cluttering than stuttering.
