Ok so please hear me out Stuttering is not hereditary or a disorder It's just a habit or you can say our brains got wired that way I'm a stutter/stammerer too so I feel all peeps reading this. When we grow up this stutter is not accepted in society. We are judged and looked at differently and inshort we develop some kind of hesitation and/or fear. We fear that we would stutter right ? In time of our interview ? Oh yes On dates ? Oh yes On phone calls ? Definitely yes So that fear leads to a blockage in breathing Most of the times we don't even have enough air left in our lungs to say something. Those blocks or continuous repetitions are nothing but lack of breath control coupled with fear. Now how to control our breath ? Think of the peeps with excellent breath control ? SINGERS what is the secret of singers ? Belly breathing Deep breathing Holding breath Just try it out and see the difference Sprint for like 20-30 seconds and get your heart rate up and then speak loud and clear. What happens when we start stuttering ? Heartbeat goes up and bam ! Stutter ... So lets the train the bad boy now. This sounds vague but you gotta try it And don't forget tongue twisters ! Phenomenal for stuttering PHENOMENAL !!!
