Sounds like you're doing the right things. Always make her comfortable with stuttering, so she doesn't back away from trying to speak because of it. Approach it like an aesthetic trait or an accent and not a flaw. If she starts getting self conscious and trying to hide it, it can spiral into reinforcing itself as blocking speech entirely. That happened to me and I wish someone could have told me this sooner.
