For me, the antidepressants bupropion (Wellbutrin) or sertraline (Zoloft). You initially still have that internal panic when you start to speak... that nightmarish locked-up feeling we all know. But your brain immediately says IDGAF and the words just come out. Pretty soon, you don't even think about it anymore. Pro-tip: If you actually consider this route, angle for the Wellbutrin.
