What you’re describing sounds more like cluttering to me, than stuttering. Cluttering is more like the brain struggling to pace, organize, and monitor speech output. Stuttering is, at its core, the misfiring of speech motor control… mostly when initiating words. Maybe you have undiagnosed ADHD instead? You should get assessed.
