I had tried escilatopram (lexapro),(10gm), my first and only anti-depressant, and it did make me sleepy. I was sleeping almost all day even if I wasn't tired. Good thing a took a semester off of school. I did feel a slight change with my social anxiety and was able to be more sociable. I am not taking anything now but I need help with my anxiety. I work in retail and I have been having issues approaching customers because all I can think of is "omg, I'm gonna stutter"(times 5) in my head.
