I know this is an old thread (well, old by reddit terms but this is not exactly a super-active sub) but am I the only one who doesnt care about the term "stutterer"? because i own a car i am a 'driver'. because I play video games i am a 'gamer'. because i go to movies i am a 'movie goer'. because i stutter i am a 'stutterer'. I actually get mildly offended by 'person who stutters' because its like saying 'man, this guy's life must really suck due to his stutter so let me boost his confidence'.
