A lot of people dont stutter the typical way like b-b-b-ball and instead they block on a sound or word. It is important not to try to push hard to get the word out, because that will only create more tension. Even if it sometimes works, it will only get harder and you will eventually need to push more. A lot of people stutter less when they're drunk because their inhibitions are lower and they are not as fearful or self conscious. it is normal.
