Oh man, Alan Watts is pretty much the only reason the West received Eastern philosophy in the 50's through the 60's. Not to mention, it's some pretty awesome stuff to put to a beat and listen to when you're baked: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmT3t2Kdr3I I don't know about you, but I've got to look at my problems holistically, diet & exercise, mindfulness, self-talk/esteem/presence. I have more problems, like I said, when some of those pieces are missing (or I'm super tired.) I read somewhere else on the thread that the nearest therapy would be 3 hours away from you so therapy wouldn't be feasible. There are plenty of books you can get on the topic. You may not be able to get a pathologist but you don't have to go without the knowledge they have. This is the information age, no excuses. One good book(I don't know which) and commitment to change in technique can make a big difference.
