It's getting worse and I CAN'T accept it. I've tried I've tried everything, breathing exercises, physical exercises nothing is working out. I can't even say my own name or a simple Yes sir or ma'am. Plz God take it away pls pls pls I'm sorry if I did anything to piss you off. Pls I can't live like this. I don't wanna live like this 😭 Everyone around me treats me like an alien.
