I feel you dude you go through a lot me too I feel you. I wish you a lot of courage and strength. Don’t lose hope in the fight against stuttering. You’ve tried many things in this battle to be able to speak better, so don’t give up now. I’m convinced that you’ll eventually be able to express yourself normally, in a fluent way, and make yourself heard. I want to share a few techniques prescribed by my speech therapist: practice reading out loud regularly in a slow, calm, and relaxed way; read in a sing-song manner when you get stuck on a letter or a consonant, for example if you get stuck on “many,” you read “maaaaany”; speak by swallowing letters, if you can’t say “many,” you say “any” 😅. I learned this a few days ago and it’s hard to get used to it. Even though I manage to speak normally more often, it’s still difficult to take yourself seriously and you start wondering how people will see you, but it’s for your own good, so do it and don’t care about what people think. I’m trying to do it too even though it’s hard, we’ll get there together bro. I wish you professional and personal stability so you can feel fulfilled next year. God bless you.
