I take 200mg of b1 with 100mg magnesium 3x a day. I feel like it helps, but some days I can’t tell a difference. I also noticed that after I drink alcohol, my stuttering tends to get worse, which depletes b1. Just something to keep in mind. Could be placebo, but I’m sticking to it.
