I think so, it is no longer an obstacle or an excuse to stay quiet, rather, my interpretation anyway, it seems to be like every other persons disfluencies. Like op, I usually hide my stutter and so people who don't know me, like form my work, either think i'm some kind of antisociable weirdo or I have some sort of mental disability (which I guess is true), but in the end, I wish I could just stutter and be confident in that. I still incessantly hesitate and don't speak most times even when I want to. TL;DR yes I think you have accepted your stutter
