Yes i am having this exact problem. I've been stuttering since i was a kid but only recently have i started to have major problems with saying my own name. I have avoided introducing myself to people at my new college because of this and it really sucks. One time someone asked me my name and i literally just pointed at my name tag instead of saying it. i'm sure they were thinking "dafuq?" afterwards.
