Hey man I get it. Mid-level management in supply chain here and give presentations somewhat frequently. Had something similar happen to me in front of peers and upper last quarter. It blooooows. I usually practice the hell out of my presentation before hand to the point there I’M tired of it. Then by time I get there my nerves aren’t there. I’ll lock myself in my office and go over it again and again and again. Then, when I’m up there I can switch around/navigate a little better. That’s the only consistent thing I’ve found that works for scripted things. I also use propranolol and that seems to help the physical signs of anxiety therefore helping fluency. I think there was a recent thread here about it. Happy to get on a call or be an audience for presentation practice if you ever want!
