- don't think about the stutter anticipation - don't letter stutter bother you because the goal is 'not forming an opinion' about your stutter feeling (this anticipation). Once you learned to not react to it, you don't do compulsion. - you will only feed the instinct if you think about 'how can I speak fluently, how can I get out of a block, I can't do it'. Observe your thinking, if you have any of these thoughts, they will create stutters because you make the stutter anticipation important enough to do the compulsion. Compulsion is tensing speech muscles or stop moving to next letter with tongue and jaw
