While I understand what you're saying and I agree with a lot of it, I'm sure many would disagree on what effect skin color has on abilities. Not because of an inherent direct connection with abilities, but because of how society has treated and still treats (e.g.) black people - the chances they're given, education, poverty etc. You are still able to speak, you just speak in a different way. If there was no pressure or expectation from other people to speak in a certain way (i.e. if everyone had a stutter) it wouldn't suck, it would just be 'normal'. Anyway, that's deeper stuff and as I said, I understand what you're saying. I guess I just can't convince you that it can be a turn on for some. :)
