I feel your pain my friend.. my name starts with an "A" and I can hardly get it out most of the time. I started going by a nickname that rolls off the tongue a bit better but I normally still have to use my full name for formal/professional environments. My best piece of knowledge is just to let yourself stutter. I know the idea of that sounds positively grueling, but a really wise man from my local NSA chapter told me that just letting yourself stutter and making it know can help to relieve the anxiety of trying to hide your stutter. My personal tip is to look into belly breathing. Most people are taught to breath from the shoulders growing up, which isn't the natural way mammals breath. (Watch a new born baby or any animal breath for a proper visual) After practicing belly breathing I've not only seen improvements in my fluency, but my attitude and mood has drastically increased.
