You can work hard to control your breathing and muscle tension to minimize stuttering as best as possible. You can try and work in different techniques e.g. intentionally stuttering on the word that comes comes before an anticipated block to overcome it. Fluency devices are very hit and miss but may be effective for some. In my opinion, the best treatment is self growth. Learn not to care. This takes years and is hard to wrap your head around as a teenager. But it will get easier with age as you mature and (hopefully) stop caring so much what other people think.
