Definitely reading aloud massively. There’s a scene in the movie the Notebook where the main actor is reading aloud to his father and his father says it helps him because when he was younger he stuttered. Also affirmations work wonderfully. So many health advocates on YouTube are always preaching about the mind and how we have to keep reinforcing it with positive thoughts and it does indeed work. I feel less pressure when speaking now. Also read a book called Stop Stuttering Short Course: How to Break the Stuttering Code. The great Ruth Mead and John Harrison backed it and they’re both legends in the stuttering field.
