The only pattern I've noticed with myself is that if 1) sleep well 2) eat well 3) am not very anxious or stressed - I have better days. As a woman, hormones throw me off. I am shakier and less fluent the second half of my cycle (AKA, when I'm PMSing). So at that time, I need to take extra care of myself. It's like my brain/body only has so much energy to deal with shit.
