I dont see the point in sending another email. Sounds like you want them to confirm your worst fear and tell you they didnt pick you because of your stutter. Well they're not going to do that and they're probably not going to waste their time at all. I know a lot of stutterer's who mention their stutter. It's called advertising and it is done for a variety of reasons. You said you dont want people to feel sorry for you but it sounds like you sort of feel sorry for yourself. And I get it because I felt the same way too. I want them to see me for me and not my stutter, but I'm the one who is always putting the stutter on the forefront, even if it is a big challenge. Try not to think of advertising as an excuse or apology. You dont want that and it wont make you attractive to an employer. A lot of people advertise for the employer's sake. They dont know you. They cant see you stuttering. They dont really know whats going in. You start the call with, "By the way, I wanted to let you know that I have a stutter so if you have any questions or need me to repeat anything, feel free to ask." Short, sweet, and confident. And honestly, in my experience, most dont really care. They'll go, "Ok" and carry on with the interview. But now they know, you know that they know; just sort of puts everyone on the same plane. And if the phone is tough, like it is for many people, practice it. Few days before the phone interview, make calls to random places/stores and just ask simple questions. Get used to talking on the phone and stuttering on the phone and not letting it break you. It'll at least feel less foreign when you do get that interview call.
