Finally someone in my situation. My stutter is seasonal. Very mild to non-existent in the winter/fall but noticeable in the summer/spring. I think I definitely need something to calm me as I'm unable to calm myself on my own. How did you go about getting Xanax? Did you just go to a doctor or did you actually go to a speech therapist.
