I'm about halfway through therapy now and not going to drop it because I do see improvements. I definitely stutter less, but situations where I get anxiety do bring it out. I can't really go to an NSA conference, but there is a local stuttering support group that my therapist told me about that I'll be attending in month or so. And you're right, what I need to do is just stutter easily and not be afraid of it, but damn, almost no one knows I stutter expect those I've told and as stupid as it sounds, I don't want to be perceived as weak or anything. Also, I'm interested in checking out that podcast but the link doesn't seem to be loading.
