Just started Speech Therapy. How to get insurance to reimburse?

Just started Speech Therapy. How to get insurance to reimburse? Hi guys, I started online therapy and it’s great. I feel better already. They said that my insurance is accepted but my credit card gets charged every week after sessions. I’ve never done this before (just got insurance for the first time last year) but how do you get reimbursed or do I need to tell them to bill the insurance and not me? Thanks guys!
