What you're doing now is helping your brother a lot. Maybe more than you realize. The best you can do is educate yourself about the condition and treat him like you would any other person. The only thing I can think of, that you could do to help him with his stutter, is help him practice his speech. Does he stutter a lot with you? If he blocks often with you, he can practice speech techniques with you and other friends of yours. Set-up phone calls with him and yourself and friends of yours, with the purpose of creating an environment where he can practice overcoming blocks using block modification techniques. Some techniques can be found on this channel here: "The jump" technique : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euprFuMdTis](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euprFuMdTis) "Orchestral speech" : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKkqtS2kA5E](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKkqtS2kA5E) Information about block modification techniques can be found here: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Wvf5\_d4qU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Wvf5_d4qU) Aside from these techniques he can practice reading out loud to a metronome on his own time and then try it on the phone calls: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAybuEe446E](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAybuEe446E) Also I find personally that over articulating words, including pauses and talking your time speaking at reduced rate can help with blocks, minimizing them. Sometimes mouthing the words a few times (kinda to mentally prove to myself that I can say the word) and then working my way up to a whisper and then normal volume can diffuse a block. Hope all this helps. You're a great brother to have and the support you give to your brother is worth more than you know.
