Talk on not letting the stutter define you, when you start stuttering, don’t say sorry. Let people know you have a stutter and you can repeat yourself, but keep from saying sorry as much as possible. It’s not your fault you stutter. Hark on proper breathing, a lot of stuttering can caused by falling super fast and not taking time to breathe. I do this a lot myself, especially when I get excited, I talk super fast and stutter more than I normally would. Especially talk about not hating yourself for it, trying not to get yourself down. I know that’s one of the hardest things about stuttering for some people. Acceptance of your stutter and how it works is a good way to further others perception of it.
