one of my favorite quotes about this comes from the stuttertalk podcast. It goes something like this: "Stuttering is hard work, not stuttering is even harder." I get it. Talking is exhausting. Physically exhausting. I think a big help is getting your mind in a frame of reference -- maybe that's some meditation before or afterward. But I think it's okay to escape for a bit and simply relax. It's okay to set some time away each day and not talk. Sometimes the idea of "good enough" is a good one to keep in mind. It doesn't have to be perfect, it only has to be "good enough."
