Thanks for sharing, man - these are awesome insights. I specifically love how structured you are in your approach. Measurement and awareness are the first steps, and then we deploy determination and persistence to execute all the specific tactics that help improve our speech. The only other thing I'd add here is the importance of accepting your stutter. People whos stutter (PWS) only represent 1% of the global population, meaning that we're constantly surrounded by people who speak way differently than us, wiring our brains into thinking that fluency is good and stuttering is bad. One of the hardest things here is rewiring our brain into accepting our stutter as it will most likely be with us for the rest of our lives. We can't cure our stutter, but we can improve and change it. Building acceptance of your stutter is tricky. I was in this exact place a few months ago thinking about ways of how I can build more acceptance in my speech. I read a ton about this and realized the easiest and least costly way is to simply meet other people who stutter. As such, I launched the first Slack-based stuttering community a few months ago specifically for professionals who stutter and we already have close to 200 members. It's difficult being in the workplace as a person who stutters and this community is meant for people in different professions who stutter to connect and learn from each other. It's completely free so I encourage any professionals who stutters to join ([www.stutterfreely.com](https://www.stutterfreely.com)). When you meet other people who stutter, especially professionals, you'll realize that you're not alone in your challenges and that you're capable of achieving much more than you think. Again, thanks for sharing man - you're doing lots of good for the ecosystem! Cheers to personal growth :)
