You need to find coping mechanisms e.g take a deep breathe and speak in one breathe. Don't breathe in and out whilst actually speaking.. This may make you speak fast. 2. Try and think fast, im consistently thinking of alternative wording. E.g if I can tell that I'm about to stutter on the word Monday and I know Monday is in 2days Instead of saying "I'll be going on Monday, I instead say I'll be going in 2days". This has worked the most for me. 3. Avoid eye contact when talking, you could tell the person you have a stutter if you don't want to come across as rude or someone on the spectrum. 4. Google for.more coping mechanisms until you find something that eases your stutter.
