I'm a PhD student and as part of my TA I teach a lab once a week and occasionally lecture when the prof can't be there. I stutter openly when I teach. I make no attempt to hide it. I do use some a type of therapeutic strategy when I'm faced with a stutter that lasts longer than a fleeting moment. I should say that I'm in a communication sciences and disorders department. So my profs are SLPs, I'm an SLP, my students are future SLPs, so ... there's a lot of knowledge about stuttering that exists in my environment even before I get "on state." edit: grammar "me talk good American"
