This pandemic has caused great stress for PWS and it's pushing us out of our comfort zones. I realized that I need to learn this new medium (Zoom/Skype/Teams training) and I practiced with my friends. I also do mindful meditation every day for 15 mins to help me cope with the stress of this pandemic. Good luck!
