My stutter always makes cops think that I’m nervous

My stutter always makes cops think that I’m nervous Like a week ago i was in the subway asking a cop if i can go through because i didn’t have money left on my fare. So when i ask he said no need to be nervous but i wasnt just my stuttering started to act up what should i do?
