Fuck it OP you need to own your stutter, I really wish I was able to give my confidence to others. I always feel so bad for stutterers who have one worse than mine. I think that explaining it at the start is good but afterwards dont feel like you need to apologise. Employers want to see you own it, shows leadership material. I was pretty much offered a management role in a company within 4 months for showing that I completely owned my stutter. Its pretty mild but can get very severe (repeating sentences 4-5 times to get it right and blocks). Message me whenever you like, or even skype call id love to talk dto other stutterers.
