Exactly! Anticipating having bad speech and stuttering was what I used to do daily! Seriously! There are ways how to lessen the anticipation of stuttering. One of the things that started me on the journey of good speech was meditating for 5 minutes a day. No, it won’t cause you not to stutter. But… it does start the prices of teaching you about your mind, sitting with thoughts, etc. And it’s FREE, and simple to try. This is one of the things I did along the way of beating my stutter.
