For all we know, it very well may be discrimination. How do you carry yourself/your stuttering during these interviews? I find that things work out better in any situation if I advertise my stuttering ahead of time. If they know that you're OK with your stutter, and that's just the way you are, maybe it would set the interviewers at ease.
