Saw this video in r/cringe and immediately thought he stuttered, was surprised to see no one seeming to comment on it. I believe he uses the accent and speech pattern to avoid stuttering. You can see him slip up a few times and nearly stutter, and he outright stutters at 1:44. Did you all think so too?
