~~I might've misplaced my words - of course it would be horrifying if someone randomly tried to talk to me about my stuttering, but this isn't exactly a random confrotation, and they are coworkers. What I meant is,if it goes a long way,and their communication intensifies,he could try to do the talk, but as someone saidj, its for the OP to decide.I know from my personal experience that it is easier to talk to people who now what stuttering is so I can't be afraid that they're mingling some stupid stereotypes in their head.Again - maybe it's just me,I gave advice based on this.~~ EDIT: Wow,I completely misread what OP said. He's a customer, not a coworker. Please don't initiate the talk, that WOULD be horryfing.Just listen to him carefully and don't finish his words or sentences, just as you've been doing.
