This took me a while to learn but when I started mindful meditation, I learned to focus on being present and not focus on my stutter. When in a conversation, I focus on the conversation and when I did that, I noticed that I stuttered less. Plus, I stopped fighting my stutter and finally accepted it (many in this community don't feel that way but we all have different journeys). Get out of your head and start living your life. I wasted 35 years focusing on my stutter 24/7. When I accepted my stutter, I focused on living and not my stutter.
