If McGuire is really so great to everyone, why no certified speech-language pathologist in the world treats their clients with McGuire? Why doesn't any respectable stuttering organization promote McGuire or even speak about it? Why do delegates from McGuire get so offensive when confronted with critical questions? I know some people who are positive about McGuire - none of them speaking fluently or naturally as they are still obviously PWS - but also many of them who were not helped by McGuire. I on my turn get sick of the people saying that 'this is a universal solution for stuttering", "it answers all questions about stuttering" and many more BS. This does more harm than good, because it is simply not true by any standard. If McGuire is really so great as you claim, then every professional in the field would practice McGuire; none of them actually does and I highly doubt that will happen in the future. That being said, I'm happy you feel helped by it and hope for you it stays for some time....
