Finance career with a stutter

Finance career with a stutter Anyone here work in finance? If so, how has it been for you? What has helped you in job interviews? I am currently a sophomore who aspires to work in investment banking and have had no luck finding a summer internship, which is essential to have and after a few bad interviews with small firms, I am starting to lose hope but know I need to keep trying. My stutter is considered to be moderate to severe.
