No. I developed stutter (more like speech blocks) when I was 12. I thought how the tongue moves to produce sound and tried to say "Hello" alone and I couldn't. Ever since then I am afraid that I wouldn't be able to say certain words(especially greetings words like Hello or wishes like happy Birthday or names which makes it even worse)
