Yea I know you feel bro. But the only thing you can do find a way to work on your speech. Dedicate some portion of your day to practicing your speech in your room. The less you use something, the more it becomes rusty and unusable. Find ways to talk more during your day and re-enforce fluent speech patterns. Either read a book out loud, focusing on enunciating your identified problem words. Make a list of them if you don't have one already. Or go through all the phonetics sounds of English, focusing on proper articulation of each sound and remember how it feels in your mouth. If your so frustrated dedicated 1 hour of your day doing this. Believe things will get better with practice. It's better than doing nothing and lamenting about the problem at hand. Give yourself hope. No one can do it for you, even if they wanted to.
