Fellow stutterers, what is your experience with ACT?

Fellow stutterers, what is your experience with ACT? My psychologist wants to try doing ACT (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acceptance_and_commitment_therapy) in a month from now, I was wondering if any of you have done this before and what your experiences/results were with jt.
