My stutter isn't a stutter anymore, instead I just have a hard time saying certain words.

My stutter isn't a stutter anymore, instead I just have a hard time saying certain words. Several numbers and social greeting are things I have trouble with along with several other words mixed in. It's not really stuttering, it's more like I have a hard time saying the word. Like a long delay. How can I deal with this, and is this common among stutterers?
